CALLBACK LIST #2

Casting a show is a huge process. There are so many pieces to the puzzle that all have to fit together JUST right. Thursday's callback will help us to fit more pieces together. We ask the students on this list to report to the auditorium directly after school wearing comfortable clothes for movement. If any of the students on the list have tap shoes please bring those with you, if not bring your best shoe for dancing. We will be done at 4:30 p.m.

Themes in Shrek

I always try to choose musicals that have a message that really applies to all those involved in the show! Shrek has some real, true-life principles that are EXACTLY what I want each of my students to come away with! I want my students to feel empowered against any bullying they encounter in life. We are each special and our differences should be celebrated! This musical embraces the idea of loving yourself how you are and being the best person you can be!

It is officially announced! We plan next year to perform "Shrek the Musical Jr."! I am SO excited for this production because . . . 
#1 There are TONS of parts

Have ya'll been refreshing this page all night? Sorry this is up so late but Mrs. Swallow and I were at the school until 8:30 p.m. discussing, planning and decision making. You have made our jobs VERY difficult! So here goes . . .
